Naturia™ Return & Exchange Policy

Overview
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your order within 30 days of delivery, subject to the guidelines below. This extended timeframe allows sufficient time for international orders and holiday shopping.
Eligibility:

Products must be unused, sealed, and in the original packaging.

Applicable only to purchases from naturiastore.com or naturia.com.

Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt) is required.

Returns for any reason are accepted on sealed/unused items within 30 days.

Professional and salon-size products carry a 10% restocking fee; consumer-size items do not.

Include your order number, reason for return, and any photos for defective items.

Returns without an RA Number cannot be processed.
Refunds:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable except for shipments damaged in transit or incorrect items.

Please allow up to 10 business days after receipt for refund processing.
Exchanges:

Defective or incorrect items can be exchanged at no cost. Notify us within 72 hours of delivery and provide clear photos.

Prepaid return labels are provided for defective/incorrect items.
Shipping:

For discretionary returns, customers are responsible for return shipping.

For defective/incorrect items, Naturia™ covers return shipping via prepaid labels.
Trade‑Out Program (for salons):

Salons may trade unopened competitor keratin treatments (or half-full liters) for Naturia™ products.

Holiday Extension:

Purchases made between November 1 and December 31 can be returned through January 31 of the following year, subject to the same conditions.
International Orders:

We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes.

Ensure your country allows import of our products. We are not responsible for customs delays.
Address Errors & Failed Deliveries:

Double-check your shipping address, email, and phone number before placing an order.

If a package is returned due to address issues, shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds apply to returned products only, minus original shipping costs.
